Head of marketing, Brendan Richards, said “We kind of sat down and looked at our business model, and although we’ve been getting rave reviews from our core customers for the last four years, with product that’s really ahead of the curve, we just don’t have the exposure in other markets.” As a result, Caution is taking the pricing we typically reserve to our core customers and extending it to the rest of the world.
